In March 2024, we started our new FISLAypwd project with the first activity – Planning Meeting in Cento, Italy.

The objectives we aim to achieve through this project are:

  • Empower youth workers in education for social inclusion of young people with disabilities through outdoor and leisure activities, by developing innovative curriculum in 5 languages and organising local training courses;
  • Empower young people with fewer opportunities and youth workers in expert knowledge and techniques on using leisure, dance, and outdoor activities to break stereotypes, through the development of E-Learning platform.
  • Exchange good practices and further develop quality strategic partnership among 4 partners from European countries with different realities regarding social inclusion and participation of young people with disabilities in leisure and outdoor activities.

We are very happy to be partners in this project that is coordinated by our known partner – the Fondazione Don Giovanni Zanandrea Onlus (IT). On this project, we will have a chance to work also with our new partners: SONCEK Zveza drustev za cerebralno paralizo Slovenije so.p. (SI); and Changing myself… I change the world! (GR).

The Planning Meeting brought us a good start of the project and we got to know our partners better.

We are very happy to start this new project in such a quality company!
